We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital part in delivering everyday HR services, particularly in the areas of onboarding, employee support, training logistics, and system administration.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee the full onboarding cycle for new hires, delivering a seamless and engaging induction experience.
",
* Support the coordination and administration of training programmes, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining development records.
",
* Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice on routine employee relations matters such as attendance, performance, and policy interpretation.
",
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and internal compliance standards.
",
* Work closely with the HRIS to input data, run standard reports, and assist in system upgrades and process optimisation projects.
",
* Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and communication of HR policies, ensuring consistency and clarity.
",
* Contribute to employee engagement efforts, including recognition initiatives, staff briefings, and wellbeing campaigns.
",
* Organise internal events such as inductions, learning workshops, and employee forums.
",
",
Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar HR generalist position, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
",
* Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
",
* Highly organised, with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

* Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a focus on providing excellent internal service.

* CIPD or a relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
