Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau CRM and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales, service, and marketing teams.
* Build predictive analytics models and AI-driven insights to drive business growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics and AI workflows into business processes.
* Evaluate and optimize data modelling, metrics, and KPIs to ensure high-quality decision-making.
* Support business stakeholders in leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making.
* Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience working with Salesforce Analytics or Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, dashboards, reporting, and analytics configuration.
* Experience with predictive analytics, AI-driven KPIs, and data visualization.
* Proficiency in SOQL, Salesforce formulas, and data manipulation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
