**Regulatory Reporting Analyst Role at Brightwater**
An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of regulatory reporting within a dynamic Financial Services company.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance and contributing to the team's development.
* Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including prudential and statistical returns, to the Central Bank of Ireland.
* Contribute to the preparation of the monthly management pack.
* Maintain a robust internal control framework, including review and reconciliation processes for regulatory reporting.
* Collaborate with the regulatory team to proactively monitor upcoming regulatory changes and ensure the organisation is prepared to adapt.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedural documentation.
* Address ad-hoc queries from regulatory authorities.
* Proactively engage with the Second Line of Defence and Internal Audit functions.
* Liaise with IT and the regulatory report system provider to optimize system utilization.
* Review the daily liquidity pack and provide notifications to senior management.
Requirements:
* Regulatory reporting experience is advantageous.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is desirable.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
* Demonstrates initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
