As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our front of house area, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.Fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentOversee & Implement daily operation and customer flowEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standardsHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlyCollaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication between front and back of houseTrain and support new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous improvementMonitor and maintain stock levels of front of house suppliesExecuting Hospitality events or functions with Support of ManagerQualifications Full Drivers Licence - Qualified to Drive in IrelandProven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industryStrong organisational and communication abilitiesDemonstrated passion for food and exceptional customer serviceIn-depth knowledge of front of house operations and best practicesProficiency in health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industryExceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable approach to workStrong problem-solving skillsProficient in basic computer skills for ordering and emailingAbility to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departmentsHospitality-related qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essentialAdditional InformationFor almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that's an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
