Job Description:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter/Bartender to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders efficiently.
* Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to company standards.
* Provide table service and ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area.
* Handle cash and card transactions using the till system.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
* Assist with stock control, restocking, and inventory checks.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
* Uphold a professional image and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or in a similar customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid permit to work in Ireland (if applicable).
* Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and drink preparation is an advantage.
