Technical Analyst – CRM / Enterprise SystemsWe are seeking a detail-orientedTechnical Analystto bridge business needs and technical delivery across CRM and enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role inrequirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are well-defined, scalable, and fit for purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughsAnalyse business processes and translate requirements into clear functional and technical specificationsProduce high-quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappingsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify scope, assumptions, and dependenciesSupport solution design by validating requirements against technical constraints and target architectureCollaborate with delivery teams to support system testing, UAT, and release readinessReview and validate implemented solutions against agreed requirementsManage requirement changes, traceability, and impact analysis throughout the delivery lifecycleParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectivesContribute to continuous improvement of analysis standards, templates, and ways of workingRequired Skills & Experience2–3+ years' experience as a Technical Analyst / Business Analyst in a technology environmentStrong, hands-on requirements gathering experience (essential)Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersExperience working on CRM or customer-centric platforms (vendor-agnostic; Salesforce not required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience translating business needs into technical requirements for developers and architectsExcellent documentation skills and comfort working with complex systems and data flowsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and workshopsExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsMust be based within a commutable distance to Dublin with the relevant visa in place to start a new roleNice to HaveExperience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flowsExposure to testing activities (UAT support, requirement validation, defect triage)Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similarEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline(or equivalent professional experience)
