This is acontract role, responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works, including contractors and specialist sub-contractors, to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover.Assist the Mechanical Lead with constructability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams.Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel, plant, tools, and temporary facilities.Engage with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers.Adhere to site SOPs, health and safety regulations, and project Quality Plan criteria.Direct and manage assigned staff and subcontractors.Review contractor progress reports and provide input for project reporting.Record and share lessons learned, and encourage innovation and best practice.Requirements / Qualifications:Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on pharmaceutical, life sciences, or large-scale mechanical projects .Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and site supervision practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Understanding of Irish construction health and safety regulations .Ability to manage multiple contractors, schedules, and quality standards.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Why Apply:Work on a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Limerick.Competitive contract rate up to €68/hour depending on experience.Opportunity to work with a leading engineering and life sciences client.How to Apply:Send your CV toor call .
