Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Area Manager to oversee the management, development, and motivation of store teams. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as strategic thinking and operational expertise.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership and supervision to the entire team of stores
* Conduct regular site visits to supervise and investigate quality and standards of cleaning services
* Allocate workloads, monitor progress, and determine work priorities while maintaining productivity and quality control
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on store sites and promote credible awareness of company policies and procedures
* Implement and follow up on CAPA plans in relation to audit non-conformances
* Develop business strategies with store managers to generate goodwill and customer satisfaction
* Lead people development, recruitment, selection, training, and succession planning for future expansion
* Manage employee relations and customer complaints effectively
* Liaise with all head office departments as necessary
* Prepare weekly KPI reports relative to sales, productivity, man hours budgets, stock, margins, wastage
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in progressive management roles within the retail industry
* Financial acumen and ability to think strategically and operationally
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Strong record of achievement working in a customer-focused, standards-driven organization
* Full driving licence is essential
