Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Operative to join our team on a range of commercial fit-out projects across Ireland, including offices, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in active construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out commercial fit-out works including:
Metal stud partitions and plasterboarding
Suspended ceilings (grid & tile)
Basic carpentry and joinery works
Installation of doors, ironmongery, fixtures, and fittings
Floor finishes and general snagging
Reading and interpreting drawings and site instructions
Operating hand and power tools safely
Assisting Other Trades As Required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Adhering strictly to site health & safety regulations
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial fit-out or construction
Valid Safe Pass card (essential)
Manual Handling certificate (essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Good timekeeping and reliability
Own tools an advantage
Desirable (but Not Essential)
Multi-skilled / multi-trade experience
IPAF or MEWP certification
Experience working on fast-track commercial projects
