Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads for meetings and events as part of the sales team.
* Support the proactive and reactive sales efforts to help achieve revenue targets for meetings and events on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Keep up-to-date with sales performance, utilizing the revenue board to track progress.
* Manage payment structures for events and participate in project management meetings.
* Contribute ideas to enhance revenue for the quarterly and annual sales and marketing plan.
* Assist with site inspections of the property for prospective clients.
* Gather and manage feedback from clients, ensuring effective communication with other departments as needed.
* Support negotiations with clients to maximize revenue while meeting their needs.
* Finalize bookings and upsell where possible to enhance revenue potential.
* Manage inquiries from third-party platforms as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable but not essential.
* An interest in sales and hospitality is a plus.
* Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
* A proactive attitude and ability to identify opportunities to support hotel revenue.
* Basic interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
