Production Maintenance PlannerSupport our mission at our Dunboyne site. Join our company, a premier research‑intensive biopharmaceutical organization, and help deliver innovative healthcare solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead planning and scheduling for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on production equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and due dates.Drive continuous improvement of production equipment with a safety‑first, quality‑always focus.Identify, prioritise, schedule and resource all maintenance‑related works; communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate with wider teams.Maintain long, medium and short‑range look‑ahead plans, review weekly KPI reports for the team and report at Tier 1.Lead and chair weekly schedule meetings to review metrics and implement action plans.Account for monthly accruals relating to SLA spend and raise purchase requisitions for maintenance expenditure.Collaborate closely with Operations, Finite Scheduling team and Process Engineering technical personnel on equipment maintenance and performance issues.Prepare Engineering Technician work schedules, complete look‑ahead and support batch operations; review equipment downtime.Support investigations to ensure robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are identified and implemented.Support audit readiness activities, critical spares availability, SLA reviews and Work Order optimisation.Complete periodic reviews and compliance documentation aligned with the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Review all work requests and act as a gatekeeper to prioritise incoming works on the CMMS.Schedule and plan all maintenance activities ensuring handovers, permits, RAMS, parts, spares and vendors are prepared.Qualifications – Required3rd level qualification in engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent.At least 5 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment with a problem‑solving mentality.Experience with CMMS (SAP PM or equivalent).Continuous improvement mindset.Proven cross‑functional collaboration, focus on meeting and tracking schedules, and embracing an interdependent work culture.Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and maintenance practices.Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and ability to escalated issues for resolution.Qualifications – PreferredKnowledge and experience in Bio‑Pharma single‑use equipment.Engineering planning/scheduling experience.Other InformationEmployment status: RegularJob posting end date: 06/15/2026We are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer that embraces diversity and inclusion.
