Job Title: Sr Facilities Engineer
This role involves planning, designing and specifying cGMP clean/grey utilities, HVAC equipment, piping, ducting and/or controls to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small-to-mid sized projects related to utilities and HVAC equipment and services, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
* Conduct thorough troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions to minimize downtime.
* Assist in the design review, site acceptance and installation of equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
* Support the QA validation department by preparing design documents and assisting in protocol execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Investigate utility systems and control system anomalies as well as safety incidents, implementing corrective/preventative actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Prepare engineering evaluations and test plans for modification change control documentation, executing tests and documenting results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in facilities engineering with a focus on utilities and HVAC systems.
* Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficient in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
