Part - Qualified Accountant - Hospitality (high-net-worth individual)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accountant to join the private finance function of a high-net-worth individual with significant interests across the hospitality sector. This is a broad, hands-on accounting role supporting a portfolio of hospitality businesses, including hotels, restaurants, and leisure operations.
The role offers excellent exposure to commercial operations, senior stakeholders, and complex multi-entity structures, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to progress their career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate accounting records across a portfolio of hospitality businesses.
* Prepare and post journals, maintain general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss reporting.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
* Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
* Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
About You
* Part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
* 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration
Salary is between €35,000 - €40,000 DOE and a hybrid working model is on offer.
