Administrative Finance Professional

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day office operations including reception, phone, and email handling with professionalism
* Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience for visitors and clients
* Organise and attend board meetings; take accurate meeting minutes
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements ensuring seamless logistics
* Manage employee leave and sick day records accurately
* Support onboarding and induction of new hires providing a smooth transition
* Assist the accounts payable function with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment allocation
* Reconcile company credit card transactions ensuring financial accuracy
* Assist with preparation of month-end financial reports providing valuable insights


Requirements:

* Experience in an administrative or accounts-focused role demonstrating strong organisational skills
* Previous involvement with accounts payable and financial processes showcasing expertise
* Currently studying ACCA, or planning to begin soon highlighting commitment to professional development

  • * Strong communication and leadership skills
    * Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
    * High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
