Director of / Head of Finance
My client are looking for an experience senior finance professional 15+ years, to join their business as they enter a new growth phase. This role will be both internally and externally facing and is newly created to work with the CEO on implementing a best in class finance function as well as creating value.
About the Job
* Work with the SLT on value creation
* Own the forecasting and cash flow management
* Engage with external stakeholders and manage M&A or similar
* Manage the existing accounting, reporting and analysis teams, driving improvements where needed
About the Person
* 15+ years experience, with at least 5 of those in a senior role
* Strong partnering skills with a track record of influencing Senior Leaders
* Strong preference for someone with experience in the distribution sector
