My client, an established medium-sized accountancy practice in North County Dublin, is actively seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Accounting Technicianto join their team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for candidates with1-3 years of practice experience.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and SMEs Handle the preparation and filing of VAT, income tax, and corporation tax returns Contribute to audit engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements Develop monthly management accounts for a diverse client portfolio, providing valuable insights and analysis Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Minimum of 1 year of practice experience in an accountancy firm essential Ideally IATI Qualified or working towards Proficient in using Xero, Bright Accounts Production, and ROS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Working Hours 09:00AM 17:30PM, full time off based with the opportunity for flexibility to accommodate work-life balance.
This roel can be offered on Part basis for a 3 or 4 day week as well.
