Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused professional to coordinate logistics operations. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for processing hire enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring equipment is prepared for despatch.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process rental enquiries and advise customers on product availability.
* Process equipment on-hires and communicate delivery slots.
* Assign transport orders to your driving team.
* Coordinate the off-hire process.
* Liaise with the yard and service teams to ensure equipment is prepared for despatch.
* Process ad-hoc amendments and look after associated paperwork.
Requirements:
* A willingness to learn about different types of equipment and their applications.
* Full training will be provided.
* Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus.
