Customer Support Manager
This role requires a commercially focused individual to lead the complaint handling process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and documented. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality role in the food industry, with a strong understanding of microbiology and auditing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on CAPA, coordinating with QMS, Product and Process teams, and Production departments to address and resolve complaints effectively. They will also be required to update and prepare Quality Performance reports, including KPI trending on customer complaints.
This position involves being the main customer contact person for strategic partners and key customers, responding to requests from customers such as customer questionnaires in a professional and commercially focused manner. The role also requires delivering proactive support to NPD and Sales on quality and food safety matters.
