Ocras Seafood & Snax are located at the popular Marina Market, specialising in seafood.

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced, high-quality food operation. Please note, this is a full time position where you will be required to work 5 days a week between the hours of 10am and 8pm.

This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who is passionate about seafood and hospitality. You'll be supporting our Head Chef and covering their days off / holidays, therefore strong leadership, organisational skills and being a team player are essential.

Must have previous experience working within a similar role and have a passion and general interest in food, particularly seafood. Experience is a must as we are a small team that works closely together to produce an exceptional product.

You will need to be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and have a mature and pleasant attitude for dealing with customers and team members. As we operate in an open kitchen, a high level of personal presentation is a must along with excellent time keeping.

Assistance in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards is very important, along with the ability to take direction from fellow team members.

You must adhere to HACCP regulations at all times, training can be provided.
