Regional Business Development Lead
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive commercial growth in the Munster region. As Regional Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of your team, covering both on-trade and off-trade sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a high-performing field sales team to achieve individual and collective success.
* Executing and delivering commercial strategies within your region to drive volume, value, and profit across channels.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including national and regional customers.
* Monitoring and enhancing KPI performance, reporting on sales data, customer engagement, and team activity.
* Identifying growth opportunities and executing localised sales initiatives to maximise market presence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role within FMCG, ideally in drinks or related industries.
* A strong understanding of on-trade and off-trade channels.
* Excellent people management and coaching skills, with a passion for developing teams.
* Strategic thinking, with a commercial mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
