Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and materials effectively.
* Develop and track project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
* Maintain quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
* Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, including consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies.
* Identify and resolve issues impacting project progress proactively.
* Foster a positive work environment, leading and supporting the on-site team.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Equivalent industry experience also considered.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in site or project management.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and site operations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.
* Proficiency in construction management tools advantageous.
* Full driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites when required.
