Job Overview


The role of Service Manager involves overseeing the operational efficiency of customer service functions. This includes coordinating job planning, scheduling and administrative support for site engineers.



Key Responsibilities:



* Ensure seamless coordination of job planning, scheduling and administrative support for site engineers

* Administer and manage service and project workflows using IT systems

* Verify compliance with health and safety regulations

* Supervise the completion and delivery of service documentation

* Perform general administrative duties relevant to the role
