Role Summary
As Community Club Manager, you will play a key leadership and operational role in the day-to-day running of the club. You will act as the main point of contact for the centre, support ongoing programmes and projects, manage staff and client relationships, and ensure the centre runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day delivery and operations of one or more Community Clubs
* Manager and support a team of 2–5 coaches, ensuring strong morale and performance
* Maintain high standards of coaching quality, customer service, and health & safety
* Monitor weekly attendance, manage rotas, and arrange cover when needed
* Liaise with internal leads for smooth coordination:
* Customer Admin
* Operations
* Marketing & Sales
* Conduct weekly H&S checks and risk assessments
* Ensure your club is compliant with Olympian's policies, safeguarding, and procedures
* Attend hub-based meetings and provide support to flagship managers as needed
* Promote club visibility and engagement within the local community
* Uphold a welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere for members and staff
* Work in/ cover our Flagships
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Garda Vetting
* Safeguarding 1 & 2
* First Aid Certificate
* Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification (GFA or equivalent) – essential
* Motivated, high-performing coaching team
* Strong background in sport, youth development, or community-based programmes
* Experience managing a team or supervising staff
* Organised, self-directed, and detail-oriented
* Confident in communicating with both staff and client
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €31,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
