This hybrid role is based at our Leopardstown Head Office and requires working from the office 3 days per week.The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in cash management and banking documentation activities.The successful candidate will also support our Global operations, liaising directly with regional banks and internal stakeholders (including across Spanish-speaking countries in LATAM)Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily cash positions, liquidity across multiple jurisdictions and currenciesMonitoring and assisting with short-term cashflow forecasting, planning upcoming transactions, and supporting financing activitySupporting end-to-end processing of cash, funding, FX and investment settlementCoordinating high value, urgent and international payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processingPreparing and issuing settlement instructions and ensuring all treasury transactions are recorded accurately in the TMS and confirmed with counterparties.Maintaining banking documentation, mandates, KYC and assisting with annual bank account review accountsProvide day-to-day support to our local entities, liaising with local banks and financial institutions as required.Engaging with banking and service providers to implement services and process improvements.Preparing and monitoring treasury and liquidity key metrics for senior management with accuracy and clarityMaintain and produce compliance reports for SOX reporting.Candidate ProfileFluent in English (written and spoken), and Spanish (preferable)Experience within corporate Treasury, or any relevant financial environmentStrong communication skills with confidence to work with stakeholder at all levelsOrganization, analytical, proactive and attention to detailAbility to prioritize, and work independentlyProficient in Excel (pivot tables and look ups)Graduate in Business or Finance; Treasury qualifications such as ACT (or similar) beneficial but not essentialBenefits Of Working At ICONHybrid working model with 2 days working from homeFree on-site gym facilities and subsidized food court.Free parking.Excellent career progression and cross-function experience.What ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
