About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to join our EMEA TA/HR team on a short-term basis. This role offers hands-on experience across key functions—recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and process improvement—while helping us build more consistent and scalable systems across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
* Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications across time zones
* Assist with offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks
* Maintain organized and compliant candidate records
Onboarding
* Support onboarding tasks including system access, benefits setup, and payroll coordination
* Help create clear documentation and guides for future onboarding
Process and Documentation
* Help map workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

* Experience in HR or recruitment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
* Interest in improving processes and documenting workflows
