* As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening and managing candidates for various positions within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Internal Engagement: Consult with senior managers and directors nationwide to identify the best candidates for open positions.
* Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Support: Interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required criteria for each position.
* Candidate Management: Track and support candidates throughout the hiring process, including reference checks and any further follow-up as needed.
* Candidate Performance Check-ins: Provide ongoing support to new hires to ensure their long-term success within the company.
* Compliance: Verify that all workers have the necessary qualifications, such as visas, certifications, and degrees.
* Nationwide Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in recruitment, including project directors, contracts managers, site managers, and project managers.
* Business Development: Identify and secure new candidates through various platforms, maintain a database of engaged candidates, and work towards quarterly placements.
* Industry Expertise: Continuously expand your knowledge and network within the construction sector.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in recruitment with a strong knowledge of the construction industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
* A solid understanding of IT systems and job platforms is required to create and manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and the company's website.
