This role would suit an HR Administrator with approximately two years' experience who is ready to take the next step into a broader HR Coordinator position.You will provide efficient administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for HR queries while ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately.With a hybrid model (three days onsite), this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of HR while continuing to develop your career.The RoleYou will support day-to-day HR operations, including:Managing pre-employment checks, including medical screening, right-to-work verification, and referencesIssuing employment offers, contracts, and new starter documentationCoordinating onboarding and supporting engaging induction processesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring HR systems are GDPR compliantSupporting employee lifecycle changes including starters, transfers, leavers, and contractual updatesAssisting with probation tracking and related documentationSupporting payroll administration and liaising with payroll providers to ensure accurate processingAssisting with benefits administration and employee queriesSupporting absence management processes and documentationProviding administrative support on investigations and first-stage employee relations mattersContributing to engagement initiatives, training programmes, and HR projectsAbout YouApproximately 2 years' experience in an HR Administration or HR support roleComfortable working across multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator with good interpersonal skillsHighly organised and able to prioritise effectivelyCIPD qualification (Level 3 or working towards) desirable but not essentialWhat's on OfferSalary up to €38,000Hybrid working model (3 days onsite)Broad exposure across the full HR lifecycleOpportunity to develop within a supportive HR teamIf you are an HR Administrator ready to step into a more involved and developmental role, this could be an excellent next move, get in touch with Evelyn @
