We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager to join a well-established organisation operating within a regulated, high-precision manufacturing environment. This role sits at the heart of operations and is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, procurement, logistics and flow of materials to support on-time delivery to customers.
The Supply Chain Manager will provide leadership across core supply chain functions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, engineering, quality and finance. The role will focus on balancing demand and supply, driving performance against key operational metrics, and continuously improving processes within a structured and compliance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, logistics and customer fulfilment
* Ensure supply chain plans align with business and customer requirements
* Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and best-practice supply chain principles
* Manage supplier performance and support supplier development activities
* Ensure compliance with relevant quality, regulatory, and trade requirements
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a supply chain leadership role within manufacturing or a similarly regulated industry
* Strong knowledge of planning, procurement and logistics operations
* Experience working cross-functionally in complex operational environments
* Data-driven, with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
