This is a permanent role.
Fully office based Main duties: Provide administrative and clerical support to the transport and logistics department Prepare and manage delivery documents and proof of delivery documentation on the groups transport management systems (TMS) with delivery data Handle customer queries regarding delivery times, order status, or transport issues Maintain and update the TMS when required to ensure compliance with health & safety and legislation data Direct incoming calls Main requirements: Experience in logistics and office administration (13 years preferred) Strong computer literacy and data entry skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities Knowledge of transport documentation and delivery processes Ability to work effectively with the existing team in a fast-paced environment Experience using a Transport Management System an advantage An effective team player who demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through to completion of tasks
