General Surgery Theatre Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled nurse leader to take charge of our General Surgery Theatre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute theatre settings, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff within the General Surgery Theatre.
* Coordinate the day-to-day running of the theatre, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
The successful candidate will be a registered general nurse with current registration on the NMBI Register. A minimum of 3 years' recent post-registration experience in an acute theatre setting is required, including experience in General Surgery. Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing/Theatre Nursing are desirable.
