Createinnovative and classic cocktails, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Managestock rotation, inventory, and ordering for all bar supplies.
Train and mentorjunior bar staff, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
Ensurecompliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements Minimum of2 years of experiencein a high-volume, quality bar environment.
Expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic/contemporary cocktails.
Excellentcustomer serviceand communication skills.
