Senior Electrical Engineer (Associate Level) Dublin/Hybrid €100-110k
Our client is an M&E Consultancy based in Dublin who are looking for Senior/Associate Electrical Building Service Engineers to join their team. The successful candidate will play a role in providing design delivery and integration of projects across the bid, design, installation and commissioning phases.
Using excellent technical experience and communication skills, you will be managing designated projects and supervising less experienced engineers to produce designs and associated deliverables.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of projects
* Oversee the production of designs across the full design lifecycle
* Provide a clear vision and team direction by leading a high-performing team through the effective management, development and empowerment of staff
* Manage internal and external resources to produce outputs/deliverables in line with contract requirements and client expectations
* Coordinating all design and engineering activities between the relevant stakeholders
* Ensuring that the project technical and performance requirements are flowed down into the relevant work packages and validated during the commissioning and testing phase
What you will need
* Degree or Trade qualified in an Electrical Building Services discipline.
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles, ideally from an M&E Consultancy background
* Ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
* Proven capability managing projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
* Experience working on projects within the Data Centre, Pharma or Industrial sectors desirable
* Ability to work across the full project lifecycle, from initial development through detailed design, procurement and installation and on to commissioning and handover
* A flexible self-starter with a passion for working in a team delivering successful projects
* Excellent technical report writing skills.
