About Your New Job As Financial Crime Manager you will oversee Financial Crime Function by developing and implement policies and strategies related to Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC). You will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to promote a robust compliance culture and ensure proper escalation of issues and matters requiring approvals, reporting to the Local Executive Committee and other stakeholders as necessary. The Financial Crime Manager participates in various Group-led initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and leads special projects as required, ensuring a strong Financial Crime Program is in place to protect AXA Insurance DAC customers. What Skills You Need 7+ years in regulated and non-regulated products, with a minimum of 5 years in a Financial Crime role. Relevant 3rd level qualification, with a specific Financial Crime Qualification/Certificate in Insurance Practice Ireland beneficial. Demonstrable expertise in Financial Crime management, with a track record of implementing and improving Financial Crime programs. Up-to-date awareness of CBI and FCA regulator's expectations. Excellent report writing, communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to influence with persuasive skills and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
