Maximo/CMMS Engineer - Pharmaceuticals - Ireland, Dublin - 12-Month Contract

Our client, a global biotechnology organization, is recruiting for a Maximo Engineer to join their team in constructing a new biopharmaceutical production plant. This facility will be crucial in helping our client maintain global access to life-changing therapeutics.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), specifically Maximo.
* Organizing calibration, engineering tasks, assisting with building operations, and managing the Master Project Database (MPD), which is central to CQV efforts and data management in Maximo.
* Liaising with A&E firms to ensure the timely handover of engineering deliverables such as Line List, Valve List, Instrument Index, and Equipment List.
* Coordinating with vendors regarding spare parts listing for all equipment.
* Working with the Construction Group to meet Receipt Verification (RV) requirements.
* Supporting the CQV Lead MPD Engineer in creating and coordinating RV and Installation Qualification (IQ) check sheets.
* Collaborating with Construction, CQV, and CMMS units on RV/IQ deliverables.
Experience Required:
* Skills in report writing, standards, and policy documentation.
* Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer applications.
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in a related engineering discipline.
* Relevant experience or specialized skills that add value, ideally within a manufacturing or GMP environment.
