Our client is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain company accounts, manage invoicing and transaction processing, and support cash flow management. Key responsibilities include maintaining company accounts up to trial balance, managing invoicing and transaction processing using Sage, supporting cash flow management and assisting in financial planning, processing monthly payroll, collaborating with an external accountant for month-end and year-end procedures, performing general office administration and document management duties, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial compliance and record-keeping.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software
* Ability to work independently while managing deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Multicurrency experience (GBP) as an advantage
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is also essential.
