As a technical project lead, you will oversee the design execution of switchgear skid projects from initial concept through production. This includes managing all relevant engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with regional standards and codes, as well as customer requirements in full alignment with internal quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and must be detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills are also essential for this position. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are required along with strong leadership qualities.
