Technical Sales Support Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CSR to join our commercial team.
This is a key internal role, acting as the backbone of the sales function by supporting our Business Development Managers and ensuring that customer interactions and internal processes run seamlessly.
Base pay range
This range is provided by PRC Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotes and customer orders
Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into CRM and ERP systems
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and stock availability
Respond to customer queries, providing accurate information on pricing, products, and order status
Support BDMs with the preparation of proposals, pricing, and account information
Maintain strong communication with logistics, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
Keep the CRM up to date with current customer information, opportunities, and activity logs
Generate regular reports for the sales team and management
Track and manage customer follow-ups and key account activities
Develop a solid understanding of our sealing products and their applications
Support customers and BDMs with product-related queries, working closely with the technical team as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role (ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments
(Preferred) Some technical understanding of industrial products like seals, gaskets, or mechanical components
