Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to manage and be responsible for individual multi-disciplined real estate cost solutions for clients with direct accountability for cost delivery.

* Region: National; PJM Platform or Global GWS Account
Promotes and grows the Cost Consultancy business, whether through pursuits, renewals, pitches, or providing best practices to potential clients to broaden the reach of Cost Consultancy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage all facets of cost management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects or programs.
* Lead the administration of project funding, including creation of funding documents and ensuring compliance with client policies.
* Develop and present budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and planning; oversee related services.
* Create concept estimates to support feasibility studies and business cases, leveraging various data sources.
* Support lease cost estimates and ensure contracts include appropriate language for landlord contributions.
* Assist in project procurement strategies, analyze bids, and prepare reports with recommendations.
* Create and maintain detailed cost plans and reports; align with project schedules.
* Promote Value Engineering throughout projects, leading workshops and tracking savings.
* Reconcile estimates and change orders, perform due diligence, and advise on cost risks.
* Support life cycle costing for sustainability initiatives.
* Review invoices, provide valuation services, and ensure quality compliance.
* Contribute project cost data to benchmarking tools.
* Provide tools, processes, and training for consistent cost management services.
* Manage third-party cost delivery resources, ensuring contractual and performance standards.
* Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise team members, participate in recruitment, performance reviews, and development. Lead by example, demonstrating leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment.
