Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support our department with secretarial and administrative duties. This role involves maintaining case management systems, providing secretarial support, and assisting executives with tasks related to reporting accountants reports function.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the case management system to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide exceptional secretarial support, including copy typing, Dictaphone transcription, and email correspondence.
* Manage and maintain various Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint files, and file management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist financial regulation executives with tasks related to the reporting accountants reports function, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulations.
* Respond to queries and draft correspondence on behalf of senior executives, maintaining a professional tone and style.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation for regulatory committee meetings, highlighting key points and action items.
* Coordinate events and meetings both in-person and virtually, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a regulatory or legal environment.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, with a flexible approach to duties.
