Seeking a dedicated professional to support clients and navigate complex protocols, phone systems, and organizational structure to provide process and service information.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support clients regarding client financial responsibilities, referral process, solving access and financial issues.
* Communicate effectively with faculty, residents, students, clients, visitors, and referring veterinarians regarding scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, managing client expectations, auditing medical records, and advocating for clients.
