About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team, working on high-quality residential projects in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver precise finishing work to the highest standard.ResponsibilitiesCarry out finishing carpentry work on residential projects, including:Installation of doors, skirting boards, architraves, staircases, and bespoke joinery.Fitting kitchens, wardrobes, shelving, and other custom units.Sanding, repairing, and ensuring all finishes are clean and precise.Work from technical drawings and specifications to exact measurements.Collaborate with site managers, other trades, and clients to achieve project goals.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health & safety standards.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.RequirementsProven experience as a finishing carpenter on residential projects.Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and finishing methods.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Own tools and transport (essential).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Reliable, punctual, and professional.DesirableSafe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.Experience with bespoke joinery or luxury residential finishes.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
