Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Red Chair

We are seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth and strategic relationships. This independent role suits a self-starter with commercial acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across health, wellness, performance, and education sectors.
* Build and maintain relationships with professional associations, accreditation bodies, and industry partners.
* Represent the organisation at trade fairs, conferences, and events to expand visibility and networks.
* Secure endorsements, partnerships, and accreditations that drive growth and credibility.
* Deliver consistent revenue growth through targeted sales strategies.
* Develop scalable, long‑term partnerships that support international expansion.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align commercial activities with brand vision.
Key Requirements
* 4+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within health, wellness, education, or related sectors.
* Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing high‑value relationships.
* Experience working with accreditation processes and professional associations.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment.
* Role headquartered in Galway, Ireland (flexible within Ireland with travel as required).
