Qualifications & Requirements:
Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in residential care for older persons.
Strong knowledge of HIQA Regulations, Health Act ****, and National Standards.
QQI Level 6+ Management qualification in Health/Social Care (essential).
Postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Gerontology, or related field (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all clinical and operational aspects of the centre.
Ensure regulatory compliance and preparedness for HIQA inspections.
Oversee staffing, training, and professional development.
Implement governance, risk management, audits, and quality improvement.
Act as liaison with the Registered Provider, HIQA, residents, and families.
