Job Description
The Administration Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving high-quality support across key business functions. This includes managing strategic grant programmes and upholding excellent customer service standards.
Main responsibilities encompass serving as the primary contact and scheme administrator for the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP). Additionally, the supervisor liaises with external parties, such as Energy Saving Trust and NISEP contractors, to ensure seamless programme execution.
The successful candidate will supervise the Admin Team, deputising for the Admin Team Manager as needed. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supporting the training of new admin staff to guarantee consistency and compliance within the team.
Key administrative tasks include managing office systems, processing documents, maintaining accurate records, planning and prioritising workload for team efficiency, and providing admin support to meet business objectives.
