Job Title: Site Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our site office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, providing administrative support to the site manager and contracts manager, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in construction or civil engineering, with experience in document control, procurement, and budgeting. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Third level qualification in a technical discipline (Construction/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying)
* Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role
* Full understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice
* Full understanding of construction sequence of works
