Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant
You will play a vital role in supporting individuals in residential and community-based settings by:
* Delivering high-quality personal care and emotional support
* Assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence
* Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred practices
* Contributing to care planning and documentation
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals

What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in health or social care (desirable but not essential)
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.50-€18.65 per hour
Work Location: In person
