We are looking for someone passionate about food and hospitality, detail-oriented, team-spirited, and eager to grow within our brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen, be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and interested in food trends and creating new dishes.
Responsibilities include:
1. Running your own section efficiently and to standard recipes
2. Preparing food with attention to presentation and customer requirements
3. Engaging with management and floor teams to meet customer needs
4. Maintaining hygiene standards according to HACCP guidelines
Requirements include:
1. HACCP Level 2 certification
2. Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
3. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards
