Mechanical Project Manager required for one of Ireland’s Leading Contractors for Commercial & Industrial Projects in Dublin. The job sites are located in Dublin City Center and South County Dublin.
Duties:
Review AutoCAD drawings, design documentation, and client requirements to develop and communicate clear project execution plans.
Coordinate procurement planning, selecting appropriate tools, materials, and equipment while monitoring inventory and supply timelines.
Oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimized.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
Supervise on-site and off-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade background required.
A minimum of 3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of having led teams on large projects.
Experience working on Large Industrial and Commercial projects would be advantageous.
The successful candidate must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
Salary €85,000 to €95,000 DOE
