The Role:
In response to our continued growth, we now
seek a capable and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our
business. Reporting directly to the owner, our Construction Operations Manager
will take full ownership of project execution — from planning stages right
through to handover.
This is a hands -on leadership role, ideal for
someone with a background in project managing in modular or traditional on -site
construction and who can manage multiple live projects, coordinate teams, and
deliver consistently high -quality results on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
1)Project Delivery:
1. Using proven project management experience, manage end to end
delivery of our room builds to clients, ensuring that SLA's, timelines,
schedules, budgets and resourcing plans are in place
2. Ensure quality control processes and checks are in place throughout
the design and implementation process
3. Maintain compliance with H & S during implementation
4. Coordinate onsite activities and liaise with the client,
guaranteeing a smooth handover to our client's delight
2) Operations Management:
5. Oversee all construction operations including logistics,
procurement, and supplier coordination
6. Track project costs and maintain margin targets
7. Implement processes to improve scheduling, delivery, and site
efficiency
8. Reporting on projects and costs to Managing Director.
3) People & Subcontractor Management
9. Coordinate subcontracting team and availability for projects.
Assign subcontractors and internal teams to projects, ensuring timelines
and costs are met.
10. Monitor performance and site compliance by any 3rd party
contractors/
11. Build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and
contractors.
12. Manage a small team who support operations. Provide instruction,
coaching, support and feedback to this team.
4) Process and system review/ development
13. Conducting internal reviews audits and checks on processes and
refine as required. (e.g. job tracking, checklists, scheduling systems)
14. Investigate systems and building methods that could be potential
introduced to our business
15. Continuous improvement on delivery processes and reporting methods.
Requirements
16. The person
17. Degree in construction management or equivalent hands -on experience
18. Formal Project Management training would be an advantage
19. 5+ years in project or operations management within the
construction sector
20. Experience with off -site or modular construction is an advantage
but not a requirement
21. Strong leadership, organisation, and problem -solving skills
22. Enjoy leadership, decision making and leading a team
23. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm
under pressure
24. Proficiency with tools like Excel, Gantt charts, or construction
scheduling software
25. A proactive, dependable approach and a strong attention to detail.

o Salary: € 80,000 to € 90,000 plus performance -based bonus ( OTE - €110,000 per annum)
