Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor

Location: Waterford

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

The Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives, overseeing the daily operations and performance of the team. The Supervisor will be responsible for setting goals, monitoring sales activity, providing training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills to drive team success and achieve company sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:


* Recruit, train, and mentor door-to-door sales representatives.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
* Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to improve team results.
* Foster a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented team environment.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Implement door-to-door sales strategies to maximize sales and meet company targets.
* Monitor the progress and effectiveness of sales efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to align door-to-door activities with overall company goals.
* Work with marketing to ensure sales reps have the materials and support necessary for their routes.


Performance Management:

* Track daily sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Motivate and hold team members accountable for their sales performance.
* Address performance issues promptly and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.


Operational Oversight:

* Oversee the scheduling and route planning for door-to-door sales reps.
* Ensure team members adhere to company policies and sales protocols.
* Maintain up-to-date records of team performance, leads, and sales activity.
* Report sales results and operational updates to the Sales Operations Manager.


Customer Relations:

* Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns or issues encountered by the sales team.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical sales practices.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in door-to-door sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
* A valid driver’s license is required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Comfortably using basic technology such as smartphones, GPS, or tracking apps.
* Must be able to handle high-energy environments and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

* Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to walk and stand for multiple hours per day in various weather conditions.
